THE ROUTE

Luxembourg* – Geneve – Alpe d’Huez – Montpellier – Saint Cyprien (2x) – Andorra – Barcelona.

This year’s journey begins in the heart of Europe, just 15 minutes from Geneva. After an informal unofficial meetup at Hotel van der Valk Arlon, just near Luxembourg on Saturday morning, we drive as a group to the south for the official start of RAR 2026. The adventure opens in style at a five-star resort overlooking the mighty Mont Blanc—an awe-inspiring backdrop that sets the tone for the days ahead, as participants gather for an unforgettable launch.

Our first official ride dives straight into the legendary French Alps. Skirting Mont Blanc, we conquer stretches of the iconic Route des Grandes Alpes before ascending to the renowned village of Alpe d’Huez—a high-altitude legend defined by endless hairpins and sweeping panoramic views.

From the rugged peaks, the rally flows down to the Mediterranean. Near Montpellier, we stay in a luxury castle in the middle of their own winefields, blending history and comfort. Our next base is Saint-Cyprien, where two nights by the sea bring a welcome change of pace—time to relax, recharge, explore, and celebrate together.

Then it’s back to the mountains as we carve through the Pyrenees, pushing higher into dramatic alpine terrain before an unforgettable overnight stay in the microstate of Andorra.

The last route we drive over the Pyrenees in to the vibrant city of Barcelona. We roll into the city in full RAR style, crossing the finish line at the beachfront—palm trees swaying, sea breeze in the air, and a celebration worthy of the epic journey behind us.

* The ride from Luxembourg to Geneve is an unofficial part, and just a group ride to the start Hotel near Geneve.

ARRIVAL DAY AND START HOTEL

We kick off at the 5 star Jiva Hill Hotel & Spa, with a view on Genéve and the Mont Blanc. Here we meet while enjoying a welcome drink.

In the beautiful resort, located on the border with Swiss, you can enjoy the pool, the golf court, water sports or the view on the Mont Blanc Mountain. Here you will experience a relaxed atmosphere and a nice spa. We have a reserved parking space where we can park all the cars together for some nice group photos.

The official start here is June 13 between 15:00 and 17:00. After your check-in you can relax with a drink. We have time to spend some time together and meet the new teams.

In the evening we will enjoy the kick-off dinner. The dinner consists of a selection of delicious dishes using local ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful.

ROAD TO THE FRENCH ALPES

Our journey kicks off near Genéve, where we gather at a luxurious start location before heading south. The first leg of the rally takes us to some of the finest alpine roads as we climb deep into the French Alps, tackling dramatic passes and sweeping switchbacks. The destination: the legendary mountain village of Alpe d’Huez.

Perched at 1,860 meters (6,100 feet) above sea level, Alpe d’Huez is one of the most famous alpine resorts in Europe. Known globally for its role in the Tour de France, its 21 iconic hairpin turns are a rite of passage for driving enthusiasts and cyclists alike.

Surrounded by dramatic peaks, including the towering Pic Blanc, the village offers stunning panoramic views and a unique high-altitude atmosphere. Whether it’s the crisp mountain air, the twisty access roads, or the lively alpine vibe, Alpe d’Huez is a true highlight of the rally—an unforgettable driving and lifestyle experience.

MONTPELLIER

The following day, we descend from the mountains and head southwest, trading alpine peaks for Mediterranean charm. Our route takes us through scenic countryside and picturesque villages before arriving in Montpellier. Here, we settle into an exclusive five-star retreat set among lush vineyards and gardens—a serene yet luxurious haven where you can relax in style after a thrilling day behind the wheel.

A refreshing welcome drink will be waiting for you by the pool, with the vineyards creating a beautiful backdrop. It’s the perfect place to ease into the day, enjoy the sunshine, and take in the calm atmosphere before the dinner begins.

SAINT CYPRIEN

After the thrill of the Alps, it’s time to slow the pace and enjoy the coast. Welcome to Saint-Cyprien, a friendly seaside town on France’s southern Mediterranean shore.

Here, the rhythm is easy: wide sandy beaches, a lively marina, and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to rest and recharge. Instead of glitz, you’ll find simple pleasures.

For drivers, the surroundings are just as inviting. The Côte Vermeille offers winding coastal roads with unforgettable views, while evenings bring gentle sea breezes and golden sunsets—ideal for sharing stories, admiring each other’s cars, and snapping a few memorable photos.

With two nights here, Saint-Cyprien gives us the chance to enjoy the sea, the sun, and the easy-going Mediterranean way of life before we head into the mountains once more.

Optional we offer a michelin star dinner at the relax day.

ANDORRA

Tucked high in the Pyrenees Mountains, the principality of Andorra is more than just a scenic stop—it’s a hidden gem for those who live for the road and love a touch of luxury.

As we ascend into this tax-free haven, drivers are treated to a dreamscape of twisting mountain roads, dramatic vistas, and perfectly maintained alpine passes. It’s the kind of terrain that car lovers crave—challenging, rewarding, and breathtaking at every turn.

But Andorra isn’t just about the drive.

This mountain enclave is home to luxury hotels, designer shopping, and world-class spas. Whether you’re relaxing in a rooftop pool surrounded by peaks or indulging in high-end cuisine after a day on the road, Andorra delivers comfort and class at altitude.

Known for its premium lifestyle and unique mix of nature and elegance, Andorra offers a sophisticated mountain experience like no other. It’s the perfect final stop before the grand finale in Barcelona—a high-altitude retreat for high-performance machines and the people who love them.

BARCELONA

After days of mountains, coastal roads, and unforgettable moments, the Road Attack Rally 2026 crosses the finish line in one of Europe’s most iconic cities: Barcelona.

But this isn’t just any finish—it’s a celebration at the beachfront.

Imagine rolling into the vibrant city as the sun begins to set, engines echoing along the palm-lined streets of Barceloneta. The energy, the atmosphere, and the Mediterranean breeze set the stage for a truly legendary ending.

The beachside finish brings everything full circle:
Luxury, lifestyle, and adrenaline—all wrapped in the spirit of celebration. Park your car just steps from the pool, raise a glass with fellow drivers, and toast to a journey that won’t be forgotten.

Barcelona by the beach. Engines off. Memories on.
